After the Grant Agreement is signed, the project implementation phase follows. The funds obtained from the Grant Agreement are just number on a paper. In order to withdraw all funds allocated to you by the Grant Agreement, you must complete the entire project in accordance with the terms defined by the Grant Agreement.
